In accordance with the Association’s Constitution Clause 14.2 the Secretary hereby gives
Notice of the ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM) for the Financial Year 2025 - 2026.
MONDAY 9TH NOVEMBER 2026
7PM
THE COACH HOUSE, 17 TOWNSEND ST, MT TORRENS
ORDER OF BUSINESS AT THE MEETING SHALL BE:
1) Confirmation of the minutes of the previous AGM
2) Consideration of the accounts and reports of the committee and the auditor’s report for the Financial Year 2025 - 26
3) Previously notified business requiring consideration by the Association
4) Election of committee members and the appointment of the Association’s auditor for coming Year 2026 - 2027

Application forms for Membership and the Management Committee (membership is required) may be obtained from the Secretary (see below) and is open to all residents. Duly signed forms need to be received by the Secretary one week before the meeting (2nd November 2026 by 5 pm).
